An Industry Link to each Insurance Company's Web page is also provided to empower customers to contact and verify status if needed. A customer should always liaise with his/her broker/insurer before any repair work is authorized.
There are a few insurance procedures we are required to follow before initiation of repair work. Each insurance company has their own procedure and lead time; we at Paul's Panelbeaters undertake to move through these procedures as efficiently as possible.
Once you have reported the accident to your insurance company, you will be required to acquire a quotation for the damage to your vehicle.
Following the submission of the quotation by to your insurance company, an assessment will be arranged by them.
Only once the vehicle has been assessed by your insurance company and the claim authorised, can the repair commence.
